Welcome to perfeat. By using the app or this site, you agree to these terms. Plain English below — if anything is unclear, ask us.
Using perfeat
- You must be 13 or older to create an account.
- Be honest in your signup info — one account per person.
- Don't use perfeat to break the law, harass others, or distribute illegal content.
- Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack the service.
Your content
Everything you log into perfeat — eats, photos, ratings, notes — belongs to you. You own it. We need a limited license only to host and display it back to you. We will not use your diary content for advertising or sell it to anyone.
Account & deletion
You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Delete account. We will permanently remove your eatlist, photos, and credentials within 30 days. Backups expire on their normal rotation (60 days).
Beta
perfeat is in beta. Things may break. Features may change. We will try not to lose your data, but you should use the Export feature periodically to keep a personal backup.
Pricing
perfeat is currently free. We may introduce a paid tier in the future for power features (advanced exports, AI summaries, larger photo storage). The core journal will remain free.
Third-party services
perfeat uses Foursquare for restaurant search, Supabase for hosting, Sentry for crash reporting, and PostHog for product analytics. Each has its own terms; we list these in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
perfeat is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect uptime, or that the app fits your specific purpose. We're not responsible for food poisoning, breakups over restaurant choices, or your weight gain — eat responsibly.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, perfeat's total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months (currently: zero).
Changes
If we materially change these terms, we'll update the "Last updated" date and notify you in-app on next launch.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
