perfeat is built by a small team. If something is broken, confusing, or just not quite right, we want to know. Email is the fastest way.
Before you write
A few things you can try first:
- App crashes or won't open: force-quit (swipe up on the app preview) and reopen. If it still crashes, reinstall — your eats are saved in the cloud, not on the device.
- Sign-in stuck: check internet, then try again. If you used the magic-link email, the link expires after 15 minutes — request a new one.
- Photo upload failing: check that perfeat has photo permission in iOS Settings → perfeat. Try a smaller photo if it stalls.
- Lost eats: check Settings → Trash. Soft-deleted entries are recoverable for 30 days.
Common questions
Is my data private?
Yes. perfeat is private by default — your eats, photos, ratings, and companions are visible only to you. You can share individual entries explicitly, never automatically. See our privacy policy.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete account in the app. Everything (eats, photos, profile, credentials) is removed permanently within 30 days. There's no separate request needed.
Can I export my eats?
Yes — Settings → Export. We give you a JSON or CSV file with everything, including photo URLs.
Found a bug?
Email [email protected] with what you were doing when it happened. Include your iOS version and a screenshot if you can. We read every report.
Feature request?
Same address. We genuinely read these. perfeat is shaped by the people who use it.
